Episode 118: Making Music Videos With Courtney Knecht

What do you do when you have to give up your college basketball dreams because of injury...?

If you're Courtney Knecht you pick up a camera and starting shooting music videos for the artists and bands you love.

Flash forward to today and she's running her own company in LA shooting vids for some of the best up and coming musicians. Courtney also started documenting her process on YouTube and TikTok along the way, which ultimately led to her getting hired by the media company One37pm to make content about collectibles.

Her story is truly incredible. Courtney basically taught herself how to do everything with a camera and only continues to get better.

We talked about the unique process of storytelling in music videos, adjusting her approach for different styles of music, her affinity for trading cards, and future projects like podcasts and NFTs.
